How to request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you from Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp conversations with Oriental Cars.

Steps

1. Email privacy@delveksolutions.co.ke with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the name or username of the account you used to message us, and your phone number if you used WhatsApp, so we can find your records.
3. We will delete your conversation records and confirm by email within 30 days.

You can also send us a message on the platform you used saying "delete my data", and we will follow up with you.
